Zentra Talent is partnering with an AI-driven organization in the UAE to appoint a Head of Data, a senior leadership role with full ownership of data strategy, teams, and business impact.

This role sits at the intersection of data, analytics, AI, and executive decision-making, working closely with senior stakeholders to turn data into measurable commercial and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end data & analytics strategy

• Lead data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML teams

• Partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership

• Translate data into measurable business impact

• Build scalable, future-ready data platforms and capabilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience across data and analytics roles

• Proven experience leading teams and functions

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Experience working closely with C-level leaders

• Exposure to AI, ML, and advanced analytics is a strong advantage
