Zentra Talent is partnering with a global SaaS organization expanding its regional technology hub to appoint a Lead Product Designer (Design Systems & Enterprise Workflows) based in Singapore.

This is a senior individual contributor role for a design practitioner who excels at the intersection of complex interaction design, scalable design systems, and enterprise data visualization. You will shape how thousands of enterprise users interact with high volume, critical platforms across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design System Governance: Architect, scale, and govern a Design System (components, tokens, accessibility standards, and interactions) across web and mobile platforms.

• Complex Workflow Mapping: Translate intricate business logic, dense data sets, and multi step enterprise workflows into intuitive, friction visual interfaces.

• Prototyping & Interaction Design: Build interactive prototypes to test advanced interaction patterns, animations, and responsive layouts before engineering handoff.

• Cross Functional Alignment: Partner directly with Product Managers, Front End Engineers, and Design Engineers to ensure perfect implementation and system compliance.

• Usability & Design Ops: Establish design documentation, component lifecycle management, and usability testing frameworks to elevate overall product quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of Product Design (UX/UI) experience, with a heavy portfolio focus on Enterprise SaaS, Fintech, or High-Density Data Interfaces.

• Design Systems Expertise: Proven track record of building and maintaining complex design systems at scale (Figma Tokens, Design Tokens, Component Libraries).

• Technical Bridge: Strong understanding of front end capabilities and constraints (HTML/CSS, React/Tailwind concepts) to bridge design and engineering seamlessly.

• Analytical: Ability to synthesize user research, behavioral analytics, and usability benchmarks into refined design solutions.

• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills in English to articulate design decisions and design system ROI to global leadership.
